Job description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generating leads.
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
- Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
- Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
- Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
- Understanding and promoting company programs.
- Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.
- Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
- Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
- Maintaining client records.
- Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field.
- Experience in sales minimum 3 year.
- Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
- A commitment to excellent customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
- Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
- Willing to travel by car in the Netherlands.
- An interest or desire in developing expertise in solar PV projects and solar management.
- Dutch language, english or spanish speaking level would be desirable.

- Passionate, enthusiastic, team player, with good judgment and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing needs and priorities; proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously with little direction.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Sensitivity toward cultural diversity and an ability to work across various countries.
- Must have willingness to travel overseas.
- High level of professionalism and a strong ability to relate to people of all business levels.
- Understanding of project management and the skills needed to forecast and plan.
- Effective interpersonal communication style particularly with Directors
- Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe.
- Attention to detail is a must as well as strong organizational skills.
OTHER:
Location: Office in Utrecht.
Duration: minimum 12 months.
